What do I do if the courier gave me a damaged parcel?

Firstly, it is important to note that the courier will consider the condition of the parcel to be acceptable if you accept the delivery. However, you can reach out to the courier and start a report.
Afterwards our Customer Service is ready to help! Please reach out to them and make sure to include pictures of the damaged parcel and a list of the missing items. Please also forward the damage report from the courier.
